Yes it can be done by Jewel Tours who will take that dream and make it a reality. Others will attempt to guide you away from what you want to what they have to offer in a package plan. This company knows the value of customer service and provides you with your plan at reasonable cost. That will be your dream and not theirs although they have available packages to satisfy most travelers. How I know this, you may ask. I was so thrilled this time that I intend to use them again on my next excursion to Indonesia and the Philippines. Think no further than Jewel Tours based in Vietnam as your go to travel agent for their country, around, and beyond. I have done all your leg work and spent many hours through the Internet and no other beats this agency as the BEST value out there. THE BEST! I have just return from my first booking that was coordinated through Jewel Tours with superb results from hotels and interrupters, to drivers. Under the leadership of Sales1, Ms Nhan Duong, they were wizards at understanding the mechanics of what customer service means to all. They exceeded all of my expectations from the start and where I was basically the boss from the planning through the execution of my trip. Most of what the previous travelers says about Jewel Tours, I echo too. Sales1 was very responsive to all my requests, changes, and comments and constantly kept in touch with me through email. I also used the various travel books and did not need a guide as my drivers always knew the locations before hand and spoke enough English for me to be satisfied. My travels were custom made by me and not once did Jewel Tours attempt to alter or change my plans to a package deal to satisfy there needs. You're the boss from the start. My travels took me through various 5 star hotels booked by Jewel tours with exceptional tastes. Not once was I disappointed. There are cheaper agencies on the Internet but all that you want or need is not included in the price. After adding the omissions, you more than likely will exceed the budget. The more expensive ones are where you pay double the price. VALUE. Yes sir, that is where Jewel Tours operate and you get what you pay for without breaking the bank. | Our Vietnam/Cambodia trip was the most exciting and memorable; studded with good memories , of a great friendly people we met in amazing places far beyond our expectation or horizons. To be frank when I booked this Holiday with Jewel ( a name I got over the internet), I had no idea what a blessing that was. I was so amazed at the service I received over the internet, the correspondence by e-mail was the best ever, I was corresponding with Nhan, our trip planner and she just blew my mind away with her precision and professionalism, responding to all my questions, probing and doubts, within 12 to 24 hours is coming up with facts , revised itineraries, hotel-train- Junk pictures, you name it web sites to look at prices to see and compare, etc... No signs of irritation, no ifs no buts.... To be frank I thought it was too good to be true. So naturally I was afraid that when I get there I will begin to experience the problems. I was in fear & suspense, thinking is who knows, maybe it is a bogus company or some over promising under delivering often one goes through etc... however on arrival & throughout the trip we found out how brilliant our trip planner, Nhan is , has been and will be for others also.It is just her nature. Nhan is a credit to her company , the jewel in their crown and a credit to Vietnam . She has orchestrated every request we had to perfection and added her most charming and personal touch illustrating the exceptional great Vietnamese hospitality she naturally possesses. She met us with flowers , a bottle of wine, some fruits and a beautifully decorated cake to celebrate our 28 years of marriage and my wife is 50th . That was just the beginning. We had air conditioned private cars, 4 English speaking guides; well spoken and 4 drivers and some places more than the one driver. Both in Vietnam & Cambodia , we stayed in top hotels 3 Plus stars which felt like 4 plus stars, we had such dramatically good reception everywhere, for the Vietnamese and Cambodian people are so nice and responsive, warm and social down to earth genuine people. We immediately fell in love with them. The tours were great , the sites unbelievable and the food, morning, lunch and dinner left nothing short to experience but the very best. I could rave about this trip forever, but it is Nhan that made it so special because of her meticulous attention to detail and her sharp experienced mind , pleasant manners and cheerful soul. Only some pictures can tell of our passion for Vietnam /Cambodia. Jewel tours you have done it for us, Nhan thank you for your grace & style. we would like to recommend you to others and write about each place we have seen but we would end up writing a book . But our appreciation is felt only in the heart and words could not adequately express our delight and gratitude. God bless you Nhan,you really made our anniversary and Ame's birthday a treasure of memories for the rest of our lives. Jamal & Ame. |

| The tour and our guide Sam has more than met our expectations. Sam has added real value to our tour because if his knowledge of the places we have visited and the timing of those visits to correspnd with local events and getting good views at the right time of the day. | |

| Sights extremely interesting. Son is a good guide, very enthusiastic and informative and has quite a good knowledge of English. However he ca be a little difficult to understand at time. Mainly because he rarely pronources the find consonest of English words. I appreciate that this is a common difficulty for Vietnamese speakers, but if he could overcome it, he would probably communicate very well. This is intended to be helpful and not negative. The Bloom restaurant, Hue was excellent. Others was very poor. With a group size of 2, there is no reason to use this restaurants aimed at large coach parties. |

| Vu was most kind and heplful. He really understood our interests and adapted the tour accordingly extended time at the museum in Danang. Well chosen local restaurants offering us a wide varity of local foods. He also helped us with finding medicines. Altogether he was excellent. | |
