| We would like to commend the efficiency and thought fullness of all concerned with our tour. The guides and drivers were always there when they were supposed to be. In fact, they were usually there early and waiting for us. If they told us to be ready by 8 a.m., they would be at the hotel by 7:45 am. The hotels in which we stayed were all very nice, some even beyond our expectations. All guides and drivers were friendly and informative. Our fiest guide, Thai brought us into peoples homes where we were warmly welcomed. He also spotted unusual festivals or gatherings along the road and stopped so we could observe local customs. Our last guide, Kha, had very good English and explained things well. All in all, we were very happy with our trip and would recommend Jewel tours to anyone interested in traveling in VietNam. | Our Viet Nam Adventure tour with Peregrine lived up to what we have come to expect from holidays organised by Peregrine.For us the highlight was a four day excersion to Mai Chau valley and Tam Coc, made more enjoyable because of our young guide Trinh Trong Dai.Dais delightful sense of humor and sound knowledge of his country ensured our trip was memorable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

| Both our tour guide and driver were friendly, helpful. Tommy gave us a lot of information, always smiling. During our trip one person got ill and hospitalized overnight, we receive so kindly help from tour guide and driver share though. They wait us for hours after the tour should be completed. In summery your staff were absolutely fantastic and we can not thank them enough for making our stay in Vietnam so memorable.

| I want to thank you personally and also Jewel Tours for the fantastic holiday we recently experienced in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. Everything was successful. We enjoyed all the guides. | The entire tour was very affordable and the efficiency of the staff made it a truly remarkable experience. As I had last minute changes to my confirmed schedule and group, I was very impressed to see how the changes were amended by Jewel Tours to suit my requests. I will definitely continue to speak well of and recommend Jewel Tours to all friends. Pertaining to Platinum Hotel, the hotel itself is well situated and tastefully decorated and equipped. One highlight however, should be brought up regarding the bathroom as the shower screen does not serve to prevent water from flowing out to the rest of the bathroom. Other than this, the staff friendly and the services readily available and this was a real asset to the group. The free use of Internet broadband at the business centre was also very helpful and I hope this remains in times to come. Through Jewel Tours, my group has experienced true Vietnamese Hospitality!
