| I want to thank you personally and also Jewel Tours for the fantastic holiday we recently experienced in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. Everything was successful. We enjoyed all the guides. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We were always met on time at the airport, the hotels were acceptable and the food quality and service met our expectations.

| The entire tour was very affordable and the efficiency of the staff made it a truly remarkable experience. As I had last minute changes to my confirmed schedule and group, I was very impressed to see how the changes were amended by Jewel Tours to suit my requests. I will definitely continue to speak well of and recommend Jewel Tours to all friends. Pertaining to Platinum Hotel, the hotel itself is well situated and tastefully decorated and equipped. One highlight however, should be brought up regarding the bathroom as the shower screen does not serve to prevent water from flowing out to the rest of the bathroom. Other than this, the staff friendly and the services readily available and this was a real asset to the group. The free use of Internet broadband at the business centre was also very helpful and I hope this remains in times to come. Through Jewel Tours, my group has experienced true Vietnamese Hospitality!

| Hanoi tour was fantastic. The driver (Mr Ngoc) was always on time, plus, he has great attitude and spoke English best driver in Vietnam tour. The guide (Mr Tho) was super guide, spoke The best English of all 3 guides. I have in Vietnam. Simply best guide. I love the tour and the experience. Very highly recommended, absolutely fantastic job.

We got back to Dhaka on the 22nd. of May, 2007 after taking a break in Bangkok for a couple of nights on our way back from HCMC. The visit to Vietnam was exciting as expected. All your arrangement was according to what was planned and discussed before. I, on behalf of my friends, do thank you for your efforts towards making our trip an enjoyable and memorable one.
