You can save up to 10% of tour cost for any ready made tour online by agree special bellow condition
- Book your tour at least 45 days prior to arrival date
- Down tour deposit 15%, do not change travel date, traveller names.
- If you change the travel dates or traveller name with any reason the tour cost will come up to the original price and you need to pay US$50 per person amending fees.
- If you cancel the whole group with any reason we will apply to our cancellation policy plus US$50 per person cancellation fees.
- If cancel partial of the group the cancel charge will be different since it influent by sharing some other services with the group as hotels, vehicle, boat...

Upon received our visa approval letter require to prepare as bellow
1. Final check the letter to ensure information matching to the passport
2. Bring copy of visa approval letter to airport for departure to Vietnam
3. On arrival show letter at immigration to get the visa stamp form
4. Fill out the visa stamp form + 01 photo 4 x 6 cm + US$ 45/per person in cash only. The visa fees just increased in Mar, 2013
