| Surprising Helmet |
As regulation of Vietnam from 15 December 2007 everyone drive motorbikes have to wear helmet. it was surprising this morning in city such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and other provinces drive out with color full helmets. There are about 4 million people in Hanoi, 8 million in Ho Chi Minh and main transportation is motorbike, estimate about 50% of Vietnamese use motorbike.
