Report for the Inspection trip (07/04/2008 – 18/04/02008)

I would like to take this opportunity to show my great thanks to the director board of Jewel Tours company for their great help during the time I have been working here. I do hope that I will receive these great helps and support for the upcoming years as I am working for Jewel Tours.

I order to help all the staffs in the company update the information about the company’s products as well as improve the working skill, Jewel Tours held the Inspection trip (lasts from 07 April to 18th April) which does its work. As a tour guide, this trip is the chance I get to know about almost every fantastic tourist destinations in our country. It for sure will help me in my guiding skill.

Furthermore, inspection trip is a really good opportunity for me to connect and re-organize all the information about the history as well as geography of Vietnam which used to be broken and not logical. I feel like filled up with energy and get ready for my job.

The inspection trip really helps me to understand more about our company’s products and As a member of the company, I would like to enclose here some example tours which I hope to diversify our company’s products to attack more customers for the long term development and prosperity.

After inspection trip I have some opinions as below:

1- We know more informations in Hoian (Tra Que vegetable village), Snorkling trip in Nha Trang at Mun island.

2- We know more ablout Dalat (Lat village, wooden church) and we also have some ideas of bird watching (simple) but we have contact in Dalat so we can do Bird whatching in this place. After time in Dalat we have a new partner in Dalat I think it is very usefull for our organising tour in this area.

3- We have an idea about Nam Cat Tien national park. If we want to do trip here we should have contact with Nam Cat Tien for more informations.

4- After trip from Nha Trang to Dalat we found that we can not use Mai Linh bus for our clients. We should use Hanh cafe’s bus for this distance but go by other way to Dalat via Phan Rang and Ngoan Muc pass.

Some Others:

I think this trip is simle trip and have a short time. If we have more time we can do trip to Tuyen Lam lake with O/N stay in Mr. Phuc’s house. If we have more time we can go to Muine to find more hotels for our clients.

General, I think this trip is usefull for our job.

En premier, je voudrais remercier la direction de la compagnie Asia Jewel Tours qui m’a beaucoup aidé pendant mon traivail et qui m’a offert cette inspection très extraordinaire (23 - 27 avril 08). Cette dernière est très significative pour mon métier, surtour dans la vente.

Cette inspection m’a donné une vue générale sur le delta du Mékong – une région où je n’avais jamais mis mes pas. J’ai eu tellement chance de découvirir, avec mes collègues, le plus grand grenier de riz et aussi le plus grand verger du Viet Nam. Je n’oublie jamais le fleuve couvert d’arbres qui me mène partour dans le deltat du Mékong.

En qualité d’une vendeuse, ce voyage me permet de bien comprendre la géographie ainsi que les atouts de cette région. Et alors, Je serai plus confiante en programmant les voyages à mes clients et créerai certains nouveaux itiniaires.

Cette inspection me permet, sans doute, de mieux comprendre mes collègues et les produits de la compagnie. J’espère que Asia Jewel Tours organiserait annuellement les inspections dans tous les coins du Vietnam. Ce qui permet de diversifier et d’améliorer les services, et de développer les compétances du personnel.

Je voudrais dire encore une fois merci à la direction et à mes collègues.
