- Ban-Lao: the private Lao houses are the traditional Lao house built with a teakwood structure in an architectural style that was very popular in centuries. This house suits a honeymoon couple or a family-holiday; inside is equipped with sitting areas with loveseats; sliding glass doors lead to the balcony with views of unsurpassed natural wonders of Num Song river, Phadang (Red Cliffs) and the chain of mountains. Inside the house is equipped with TV, A/C, refrigerator, private bath with bathtub and hot and cold water (the room has private balcony looking out to the river with private sun-bath and party area).
