- Tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan is located on Mount Dong Tranh, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province.

- Heading National Highway No.46 from Vinh City to 11-12Km, of Nam Giang Commune, Nam Dan District, go about 2 km to Dong Tranh Mountain of Dai Hue Range.

Description
- Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - President Ho Chi Minh’s mother - was born in 1868 in Hoang Tru village, Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province. She died in 1901 in royal capital city of Hue. Firstly she was buried in Ba Tang Mountain of Ngu Binh Range, near Huong River.
- In 1922, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh brought her mother’s remains to homeland in her Sen village’s garden. In 1942, Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khiem moved their mother’s tomb to Dong Tranh mountain of Dai Hue Range, 100 m high above sea level in Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province. The view from the tomb covers a broad area from Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen to Thanh Chuong, Duc Tho and Huong Son districts – where have many famous historical and cultural sites.
- On May 19, 1984, the army and the people of Ha Tinh rebuilt the tomb. The remains of Mrs. Loan was reburied at the same place, where was chosen by Mr. Nguyen Sinh Khiem.
- Since May 16, 1985, when the tomb site was inaugurated, millions people came here to pay tribute and thank to Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan – a mother who gave birth to a great man of world’s culture and a great leader of Vietnamese people, that is President Ho Chi Minh.
