Day 1: Beijing (Meals: None) Pick you up from the airport and transfer to the Hotel
Day 2: Beijing (Meals: B, L) Visit the Temple of Heaven early in the morning, as it is the most peaceful time of the day and the best way to enjoy your visit. Built in 1420 AD during the Ming Dynasty, it is regarded as the most beautiful and elegant ancient Chinese construction complex. Then visit Tiananmen Square, You’ll tour the grounds and discover the halls and monuments. From there, you will walk to the Forbidden City, also known as the ImperialPalaceMuseum. In the afternoon,then visit the famous SilkMuseum and store to see how the thousands of cocoons be boiled, washed, threaded and reeled into miraculous shining silk products. Visit the SummerPalace, surrounded by one of Beijing’s finest and best-preserved parks.
Day 3: Beijing (Meals: B, L) In the morning, you will see the Olympic stadiums (“Bird’s nest” and “Water cube”).and take photos from outside. Then, your guide will take you to visit and climb the Great Wall and discover the Ming Tombs.Along the way, visit the Cloisonn騦 Art Works to experience the meticulous craftsmanship of Chinese artisans in the ancient style.
Day 4: Beijing - Lhasa (Meals: B, L) In the morning, you will visit Beijing’s traditional old streets, called “hutongs”, in a rickshaw and get a taste of the city life. You will stop to visit an ordinary Chinese home and then climb to the top of the old DrumTower for a bird’s eye view of the area. Then have a visit in LamaTemple, one of the best Buddhist sacred temples in the region. LamaTemple reveals diverse architectural styles from Han, Mongolia, Manchuria and Tibet. There is also an impressive 60-foot (26-meter) Maitreya Buddha carved form a single sandalwood block.

Day 5, 6: Beijing - Lhasa on the train (Meals: None) On the train
Day 7: Lahsa (Meals: None) Our local guide picks you up from the train station and transfer to the Hotel. Have a good rest and adapted the local climate.
Day 8: Lasha (Meals: B, L) In the morning visit Potala Palace, The crowds of pilgrims, innumerable magnificent murals, Buddhist statues, scriptures and rare treasures altogether create a dense religious and art atmosphere that impresses every visitor. In the afternoon visit the Jokhang monastery, the center of the Tibetan Buddhism and the sacred land of Buddhist followers where thousands of pilgrims come for worship everyday. The temple, built in 647, is the earliest wood-and-masonry structure still existing in Tibet. Then walk on the Barkhor street surrounding Jokhang, a big free market with its prolific stalls for selling local specialties. If you like, you can have a rest in Majiami Bar, Sitting on the comfortable sofa and drinking Tibet tea or milk tea, you can appreciate the interesting paintings and words left by other travelers in the visitors’ books.
Day 9: Lasha (Meals: B, L, D) In the morning visit Drepung monastery the sacred land of Gelug Sect., which was established in 1416 and the second, third and fourth Dalai Lama once resided in. In the afternoon visit Sera monastery, this was created in 1419 and has always been an important Buddhist seminary. As rose are planted everywhere in the monastery, it is also called the court of wild rose. Today still 200 lamas live in there. And then visit Norbulingka, which means the garden of treasures in Tibetan language. Located in the west suburbs of Lhasa, this palace complex was built in the 18th century and served as the summer residence of the Dalai Lamas.
Day 10: Lasha - Shigatse (Meals: B, L) In the morning drive to Shigatse, this is the second largest city in Tibet. It is also the home town of the Banchen Lama. Day 12: Dingri - Mt. Everest (Mount Qomolangma) (Meals: B, L) In the morning drive to the Rongbuk Monastery.With an altitude is 5,100 meters (16728 feet), the monastery is the highest on earth. From there you will get a great view of Mt Everest. Then get the Mt.Everest (MountQomolangma), Base Camp. Overnight in Rongbuk Monastery Rest House.
Day 13: Zhumu - Shigatse (Meals: B) After breakfast drive to Shigaste, it’s about 7 hours, but you can see the Beautiful Sightseeing along the Brahmaputra. Then overnight in Shigatse.
Day 14: Shigatse - Lhasa (Meals: None) Drive back to Lhasa.
Day 15: Lhasa - Beijing (Meals: B) Transfer to the airport to Beijing
Day 16: Beijing (Meals: B) Transfer to the airport and departure.
