Putao
- Situate far north of Myanmar in Kachin State is famous for Myanmar snow capped mountains descendent from eastern Himalayan region. The local tribe who live in this area are of Tibetan extraction of Rawan, Lisu, Tai Hkamti, include last remaining member of the Tarong tribe. Tarong tribe is endangered race of diminutive none of which are more than 4 feet height.
- Machanbaw - A small administrative town, beautifully set up with colonial style, connected by 211 meter long Malikha suspension bridge.
Mulashidi - 13 km away from Putao, a beautiful settlement next to famous Mulashidi suspension bridge.
