Dua Sap (Wax Coconut)

Unlike regular coconut, wax coconut meat is soft, fatty, and slightly chewy, with a sweet custard-like taste. It's considered a delicacy due to its rarity.

The flesh melts in your mouth with a subtle sweetness, while the water is richer and more fragrant than normal coconut juice.

Locals crack open the shell and eat it with a spoon, sometimes adding crushed ice. It’s a refreshing treat, especially in the midday heat.
